Dickinsons Pore Perfecting Toner

Been MIA for a few months and oh I so missed my blog! :)  Still having busy days but I just so missed writing. Hehe. I know I need to rest but this is my peaceful place.. (my blog)
Anyways I promised myself I'll spend more time with my blog and I also promised to take more care of my body and health but the past few weeks has been the other way around where I only get 4 to 5 hours of sleep instead of 6 or 7 hours. We've been having fats overload like Crispy Pata for days and Pork Hongba for days and there's barely vegetables. So I guess that's the reason why I always get tired easily,  my skin is so dry I have pimples all over my face and they don't want to get out they just multiply! Arghhh!!! Add up the hyper pigmentation on my face but that's because of the summer outings we had that I might probably share in the coming few days I guess. So because my pimples doesn't want to go out  I went back to using a toner again which is the Dickinson's Pore Perfecting Toner. I don't like the smell of it but I like it because it does a good job in removing dirts on my face and it's 100 percent natural!

So on the packaging it says it's

  • Oil Free
  • Non Drying
  • For all skin types
  • 100% Natural

So at the backside it says it tightens and refines pores but I think I won't see the difference yet because it's just a few days since I started using it again but I know it really tightens your pores because my pores we're not really as big as when I was using it before than now, my pores are so big now.
Another thing that I loved about it is it gently removes excess oil, dirt and make up residue without drying. I have combination skin so part of my face is oily and other parts are dry so I need something that would remove the oils on my face it but will not dry it.
With my type of work I'm exposed to dirt and pollution for 17 to 18 hours a day, from Mondays to Sundays, I don't have restdays so I really need to take care of my skin. My face looks terrible right now. I know it's not yet too late, I can still recover.. Haha! Sabi nga ni Justin Bieber "Baby you should go and Love Yourself".

If I'm gonna purchase it again, definitely yes, the only problem I have is that I don't see it here in Baguio. I go to Healthy Options Makati to buy this. So if we go down to Cavite, then I'll buy one again.

Suso Beach, Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur

The place is called Suso Beach because it is situated at barangay Suso of the municipality of Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur which is known for it's world heritage site the Our Lady of Assumption Church which is sometimes called the Santa Maria church. The beach sands were fine and brown but the picture at the top was taken around 10 am so it's almost white in color. And would you believe that this beach is located just along the highway? Yup! You heard me right..  Eventhough it was not our first time to be here I was still excited probably because I super love  beaches or probably because I haven't been to a beach for a long long while now or both. Because the last time we were here was a few years back around 2011 I guess and we just had a stop over, because we're going to Vigan. So right after Santa Maria is Narvacan which has some awesome beaches too, which is already near Vigan. So when we got to the beach...

Six

Wow! Time flies by so fast, my baby is now in his sixth month! He's so makulit now. He eats everything he sees. And when you take your eyes off of him for a bit you won't be able to see him on the exact place you last saw him, he will already be on the far side. And because of this we always make sure of his safety. His way of waking you up is by grabbing your face and then scratch it. Oh yeah it hurts a lot even if I  just cut his nails and sometimes it will leave a bruise on my face, the funny thing is that once you look at him, he will smile at you and show his cute dimples so how will you get mad by that? Then in the morning when he wakes up, he will find me and once he sees me, he would smile, sometimes shout then he will start shaking his head and his whole body like he's making pa bibo to me. I'm carrying him right now and he's grabbing everything he sees so it's taking me hours to finish this. hehe. So this is us, I star...

VIGAN, ILOCOS SUR

Vigan City is the capital of the province of Ilocos Sur located at the northern part of Luzon which is around 400 kilometers away from Manila. It was recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. It is known for its Spanish Era ancestral houses. Calle Crisologo CALLE CRISOLOGO is the most famous and most visited attraction of Vigan, It is known for its streets lined with old,Spanish Era ancestral houses and cobble stoned streets.  From there ypu can buy different kinds of souvenirs and furnitures. It's amazing how they try to preserve these old houses, from the windows and floorings and those old massive hardwood doors are so ancient. It's like being warped to the old Spanish times. And to add up to that feeling you can take a Calesa ride and take a tour around Vigan.
