Suso Beach, Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur

The place is called Suso Beach because it is situated at barangay Suso of the municipality of Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur which is known for it's world heritage site the Our Lady of Assumption Church which is sometimes called the Santa Maria church.

The beach sands were fine and brown but the picture at the top was taken around 10 am so it's almost white in color. And would you believe that this beach is located just along the highway? Yup! You heard me right..

Eventhough it was not our first time to be here I was still excited probably because I super love  beaches or probably because I haven't been to a beach for a long long while now or both. Because the last time we were here was a few years back around 2011 I guess and we just had a stop over, because we're going to Vigan. So right after Santa Maria is Narvacan which has some awesome beaches too, which is already near Vigan.

So when we got to the beach there were lots of seaweeds washed away from the shore. The good thing that I saw there were those locals cleaning along the beach. It's nice to see that they are still trying to keep the cleanliness of the beach. Because as I can see there were lots of people who would do a stop over probably just to eat because there are some eaterys' there or maybe they want to see a breathtaking view of the beach. There were some parking spaces there as well were they will charge you for 20 pesos. Then there were also small bahay kubos and cottages that you can rent for 50 pesos and the shower costs 10 pesos. There are also small spaces there that you can rent I just don't know how much.

What I don't like is their shower area because it's too small and dirty.. Hehe. And there's nothing there to hang your clothes. And the smell is really bad because it's just beside a drainage. But overall if you're just for the view the beach is so beautiful!

Pebbles Beach

On our second day of our Puerto Galera trip we went to Pebble Beach which has a very magnificent view. Since the sands were made of pebbles I thought it's going to hurt my feet but no, I really love the pebbles it feels like their massaging my feet. It was very relaxing.  The fresh water coming from the mountains conjoins the salt water from the beach. The good thing about this place is that if you don't like the saltiness of the beach you have an option to swim onto the fresh waters. The small pebbles. Cutie little Julia choses to swim onto the fresh waters.  See, you can even lie on the beach without hurting your back. These are the shirts we bought at Sagada. Nice huh? Like couple shirts. Were also both wearing checkered shorts which I just noticed now. Haha! Nyahaha! Hungry me! I saw a stone that looks like a mini surf boa...

Yakimix

Just a few days ago,  my team went to Yakimix Greenbelt to experience another eat-all-you-can affair. It was our teams second time to be here. And yes this resto never failed me as my tummy was so full of grease again . Haha! Well it's not only the food that you will love about this place but also the interiors. The place was filled with beautiful chandeliers giving you a very classy hotel-like feel to it. The dining tables were set up with smokeless grills at the center for cooking raw meat and I really enjoyed grilling my own food. I wish our house has a smokeless grill at the center of the dining table as well. Haha!

Optus FIve

It was April again and yes it's time for a party being held by our client every year. This time the party was held at Rockwell Tent. I was not sure what everyone will be wearing and we have a shift so I just wore my dress as a top, put my jeans on and covered it with a blazer while at work and then planned on removing the jeans after, however I felt it was too much if I'm going to remove it because when I looked at everyone they came with just their normal everyday attires. So I didn't remove my jeans anymore. Hehe. Dyahe naman if I'm the only one wearing a dress. Haha. The party rocked as it was overflowing with drinks. While waiting for the band we happily drink our hearts out. haha! Finally the Southborder went out and everyone were going crazy. The party was a blast! Can't wait for the next annual party. ^_^
