Vigan City is the capital of the province of Ilocos Sur located at the northern part of Luzon which is around 400 kilometers away from Manila. It was recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Baler is the provincial capital of Aurora known for its surfing and historical sites. When one hears Baler automatically what comes to their mind is surfing, but there's more to it than that. We were at Villasis, Pangasinan visiting my relatives when my uncle said, "Gusto niyo magpunta sa Baler?" When I heard him say Baler, first thing that comes to my mind is beach. I looovvve beach! But I know that the reason why he wants us to come with him to Baler is because he will visit his  wife that is having a vacation there with her relatives.
