Long time...

Yay!! I can't believe it's been a year since I posted something on my blog! Sobrang tagal na pala. Haha! After September last year, it's always a busy day. During that time we opened up a restaurant along Naguilan Road, so almost everyday we're there to check the place and dun na din kami kumakain ni Julian, then I was also preparing the house for our visitor from UAE. We also have to move our stuff out of the main house. Aside from that we are also preparing for Julian's Christening. Then there's occasional out of towns that maybe I can post later. When the restaurant was not good Jardy opened up a small place to sell food along Session Road, it was good but it was very tiring so he stopped it, rest for a few months then opened up a store here in our house. So the store is where we are busy now.

Well wonder why I came back? Hehe. Before with my old blog every time I feel happy or super sad or every time there's a strong emotion inside me, I would write it down on my blog. Right now I feel like writing again because I'm SUPER sad! Our baby Winter is missing for a few days now, and we're losing hope that we can find her again. Winter is our Siberian Husky which has the same age as Julian. Every time I will go to the dirty kitchen, wala ng Winter na nang gagrab sa akin, nakakatuwa lang coz every time she sees me parang lagi siyang excited parang gusto niya lagi makipaglaro. Haaaayyyyy...... But I'm still hoping na sana maibalik na si Winter sa amin, coz the house is full of sadness now that she's not here....

Solibao Restaurant

Belated Happy Valentines Day everyone! Well obviously this is were we celebrated our Valentines day here in Solibao at Session Rd, in Baguio City. They have 6 different branches here in Baguio and it's an all-Filipino restaurant. It's my first time to try their food and man they're really delicious! Here is the food we ordered. Just for the two of us. Isn't that great! Haha! I loved how they served their rice, directly from the pot where they cooked it. First thing on my list to try is their kare-kare. I love kare-kare and their kare-kare really tastes good. You can even eat it without the alamang. Their chicken has a sesame seed into it. I'm not a fan of sesame seeds but the taste is still good. It gives out a bit of a nutty flavor because of the seeds. But generally its ok. I would love to try other more but i don't think me and Jardy will be able to handle more.  Hehe. Oh well there's always a next time. So will ...

Pebbles Beach

On our second day of our Puerto Galera trip we went to Pebble Beach which has a very magnificent view. Since the sands were made of pebbles I thought it's going to hurt my feet but no, I really love the pebbles it feels like their massaging my feet. It was very relaxing.  The fresh water coming from the mountains conjoins the salt water from the beach. The good thing about this place is that if you don't like the saltiness of the beach you have an option to swim onto the fresh waters. The small pebbles. Cutie little Julia choses to swim onto the fresh waters.  See, you can even lie on the beach without hurting your back. These are the shirts we bought at Sagada. Nice huh? Like couple shirts. Were also both wearing checkered shorts which I just noticed now. Haha! Nyahaha! Hungry me! I saw a stone that looks like a mini surf boa...

Yakimix

Just a few days ago,  my team went to Yakimix Greenbelt to experience another eat-all-you-can affair. It was our teams second time to be here. And yes this resto never failed me as my tummy was so full of grease again . Haha! Well it's not only the food that you will love about this place but also the interiors. The place was filled with beautiful chandeliers giving you a very classy hotel-like feel to it. The dining tables were set up with smokeless grills at the center for cooking raw meat and I really enjoyed grilling my own food. I wish our house has a smokeless grill at the center of the dining table as well. Haha!
